Section 67

Subject to section 66(2), the Minister shall, with the approval of His

Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by regulation regulate the methods of establishing a board of governors and the management of an educational institution and, without prejudice to the generality of such power, the

Minister may, in the regulations, prescribe the powers and duties of the appointed governors and other persons thereof responsible for the management of such educational institution.
