Section 69
(1)
Every teacher in a private educational institution shall be appointed in accordance with the instrument of government of such institution.
(2)
Under its instrument of government, the board of governors of a private educational institution shall appoint a person to act as the head teacher or principal of the institution for the purpose of administering the school and who shall be given the authority to act in respect of the teachers, staff and pupils of the institution.
