Section 70
(1)
Where a private educational institution other than a private higher educational institution is to be established, the applicant, after approval under section 60(3)(b), may incorporate the educational institution as a limited company.
(2)
In the event of incorporation under subsection (1), section 64
shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Cessation of private educational institutions.
