Section 66

Subject to the provisions of this Act, every private educational institution shall have an instrument of government, and the educational institution shall be managed in accordance with the provisions of its instrument of government.

Every instrument of government shall provide for the constitution of a board of governors, with a chairman, for the governance of the educational institution by the governors in a manner consistent with this

Act and any regulations made thereunder.

The constitution of a board of governors may make provision for the inclusion of a person nominated by the Minister to be on the board of governors.

Every instrument of government shall be made, amended or revoked in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations.
