Section 65
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, every private educational institution shall register under this Act within 5 years of the date of approval of application.
(2)
If a private educational institution is not registered within the time specified in subsection (1), the approval granted for its establishment shall be deemed to have been withdrawn, unless an extension of time is granted in writing by the Minister.
