Section 103

Any person who abets the commission of qazaf under section 98(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, whipping with 20 strokes or a combination of any two of the punishments.

Any person who abets the commission of qazaf under section 98(4) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $12,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years, whipping with 10 strokes or a combination of any two of the punishments.
