Section 101

Any person who sells, offers for sale, displays or gives any document deemed to contain the meanings of qazaf that may harm the reputation or hurt the feelings of any person is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, whipping not exceeding 40 strokes or a combination of any two of the punishments.
