Section 106
(1)
Any person who abets the commission of the offence under section 104(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $8,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
(2)
Any person who abets the commission of the offence under section 104(3), (4), (5) or (6) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
