Section 105
(1)
Any Muslim who attempts to commit or attempts to cause the commission of the offence under section 104(1), (3) or (4) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
(2)
Any non-Muslim who attempts to commit or attempts to cause the commission of the offence under section 104(5) or (6) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
