Section 6

Unless exempt by law, no letters shall be conveyed into or out of

Brunei Darussalam from or to any place between which and Brunei

Darussalam, posts or postal communications are established, or from one port to another, or be delivered or distributed in Brunei Darussalam otherwise than by or through the post.
