Appointment of officers

Section 3
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint an officer to be the Postmaster General and an officer to be the Deputy
Postmaster General and such officers of the Department under such official designations as he may deem expedient for carrying out the provisions of this
Act.
(2)
Subject to any direction of the Minister, the Postmaster General shall be charged with the administration and control of the Department and shall be responsible for the provision out of public funds of postal services in
Brunei Darussalam in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
