Post offices

Section 4
(1)
The Postmaster General may establish post offices at such places in Brunei Darussalam as he may deem expedient.
(2)
Every post office which shall be lawfully continuing in Brunei
Darussalam immediately before the commencement date shall be deemed to have been established under the provisions of this Act.

(3)
If any post office shall have been lawfully authorised to be established before the commencement date but shall not have actually established pursuant to such authority before the commencement date, then the establishment of such post office shall be deemed to have been authorised pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
(4)
The Postmaster General may, if he deems it expedient, discontinue any post office.
