Modifications.
under this Part, to any member of the rank and file unless he retires from the Force in one of the following circum
stances
(a)
on or after attaining the age of 45 years and having completed fifteen years' service;
(b)
he retires with the consent of the Chief Police
Officer having either
-
(i)
attained the age of 45 years and completed ten years' service; or
(ii)
completed fifteen years' service;
or
(c)
on the abolition of his office.
