Pensions Enactment, 1957, shall apply to pensions gratuities of 1957.
and allowances granted under this Part in like manner as if they had been incorporated herein with all modifications necessary to make them applicable.
(2)
If any question arises as to what modifications are necessary the decision of the Sultan in Council thereon shall be final.
