Police Officer is satisfied that
(a)
he shows outstanding proficiency in the duties; and
(b)
11e has conducted himself satisfactorily.
(2)
A constable who has served for twenty years

tinuously in the Force and is in receipt of an additional increment under paragraph (1), may be granteel an incre
ment at the rate specified in Schedule
"D"
if the
Chief
Police Officer is satisfied as aforesaid.

(3)
If, at any time, the Chief Police Officer ceases to be satisfied as aforesaid, he may withhold an additional ill
crement payable under this regulation;
and in that event the increment shall not be re-granted until one }'ear has elapsed since the date of such withdrawal.
