Appointment of officers and inspectors

Section 58
(1)
The Minister may appoint such number of officers and inspectors as he considers are necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may give directions with respect to the conduct of the duties of officers and inspectors under this Act.
(3)
The officers and inspectors appointed under subsection (1)
are deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the
Penal Code (Chapter 22).
