Power of Authority to require copies of advertisements

Section 55
(1)
The Authority may serve on any person a notice requiring him, within such time as may be specified in the notice, to furnish to the Authority such number of copies as may be so specified of any advertisement relating to medicinal products or to medicinal products of a description or falling within a class so specified, which that person has issued, or has caused to be issued, within one year ending with the date of service of the notice.

Any person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with any requirement imposed on him by a notice under this section is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
