Supplementary provisions as to rights of entry and related rights
(1)
Any person entering any premises or any other place by virtue of section 59 may take with him such other persons and such equipment as may appear to him to be necessary.
(2)
Any person who —
(a)
wilfully obstructs any person acting in pursuance of this Act who is duly authorised so to act by the Authority;
(b)
wilfully fails to comply with any requirement properly made to him by any person acting under section 60; or
(c)
without reasonable cause, fails to give to any such person such assistance or information which that person may reasonably

require of him for the purpose of the performance of his functions under this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
(3)
Any person who, in giving any such information mentioned in subsection (2)(c), makes any statement which he knows to be false, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
