Disposal of goods forfeited

Section 64
(1)
All goods which are forfeited under this Act shall be disposed of in such manner as the Minister may direct.
(2)
The Minister may, after any proceedings under this Act are concluded, entertain and give effect to any claim to or in respect of goods which have been forfeited.
