Section 59

enter any premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether there is or has been, on or in connection with those premises, any contravention of this Act or under any rules or orders made thereunder;

enter any premises for the purposes of the performances by the Authority of its functions under this Act or under any rules or orders made thereunder; or

enter any ship, vessel, aircraft, hovercraft or vehicle for the purpose of ascertaining whether there is in that ship, vessel, aircraft, hovercraft or vehicle any substance or article imported in contravention of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
