Section 145

All rules, orders, notices and forms issued or made under or in accordance with the Religious Council and Kadis Courts Act (Chapter 77)

which is repealed by this Act shall continue to be in force to the extent that they are not inconsistent with or not replaced by the provisions of this Act, until revoked or replaced by the rules made under the provisions of the Act.
