Section 142

Ruju’ kept by the Chief Registrar or Registrar under this Act and any copy of any entry therein, certified under his hand and seal of office to be a true copy or extract, shall be prima facie evidence in all Courts and tribunals of the dates and acts contained or set out in the Marriage Register, Register of

Divorces, Annulments or Ruju’ or the copy.
