Section 80

No person licensed under this Part shall store or keep on the premises any dutiable intoxicating liquor upon which the duty has not been paid, and in the absence of proof to the contrary any such liquor found on such premises shall be presumed to be stored or kept by such licensee.

Licensee not to permit Muslims to enter.
