Section 81
(1)
No person holding a licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises shall permit any person professing the Islamic religion, other than a public servant in the lawful exercise of his duty, to enter upon the premises so licensed.
(2)
Every person professing the Islamic religion found upon such premises shall be presumed to have entered thereon with the permission of the licensee, unless the contrary is proved.
No person except licensee to exhibit sign.
