Section 78
The Minister shall have authority to issue or transfer licences as follows –
(a)
public-house licences, for the sale by retail of intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises or at the place where they are sold;
(b)
chemists’ licences, for the sale by retail of medicated wines for consumption elsewhere than on the premises or at the place where they are sold.
