on demand by the proper officer of excise render an account in writing of the quantity and description of intoxicating liquors in his possession, custody or control;

permit the proper officer of excise to enter the premises in which such intoxicating liquors are stored at any time and inspect the same and any intoxicating liquor therein and all accounts kept in connection therewith, and to take such copies or extracts thereof as the proper officer of excise may think fit;

exhibit his licence at all times in a conspicuous place together with a copy of the conditions, if any.

Licensee not to keep dutiable intoxicating liquors on premises.
