Section 77
(1)
No person licensed to sell intoxicating liquors by retail shall keep or store such liquors, on which duty has been paid, elsewhere than in such premises as shall be specified in his licence.
(2)
This section shall not apply to intoxicating liquors bona fide and actually in course of transit or kept solely for private consumption.
