Section 48
(1)
Upon the admission of a resident into the place of safety, the Warden shall as far as practicable acquaint the resident with the objectives of the place of safety, his duties and privileges and shall assign him to a dormitory.
{2)
Upon a resident being assigned to a dormitory, the member of the staff who is the officer-in-charge of that dormitory shall help the resident to settle down.
