Section 49
Every resident shall be provided with
{a} a separate cot or bed;
{b)
adequate toilet facilities;
{c) suitable clothing and such other personal effects as approved by the Director.
(2)
A sufficient quantity of toys or equipment for play activities considered suitable by the Director shall be provided in a place of safety.
(3)
Cots, beds and bedding shall be washable and of suitable types and designs and shall be maintained in a clean condition.
(4)
The bedding of each resident shall be kept under hygienic conditions.
