Section 94

removes the child or young person from such place of safety or such custody without lawful authority;

knowingly assists or induces, directly or indirectly, a child or young person to escape from such place of safety or such custody;

or

knowingly harbours, conceals, or prevents from returning to such place of safety or such custody, a child or young person who has so escaped, or knowingly assists in so doing, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding

$5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
