Section 91
Except as otherwise provided, nothing in this Act shall affect any powers of a Court of a Magistrate, an Intermediate Court or the High Court, and all the powers which may be exercised under this Act by a Juvenile
Court may, in like manner, be exercised by a Court of a Magistrate, an
Intermediate Court or the High Court.
