Section 89
Where an order has been made by a Juvenile Court under this Act committing a child or young person to the care of a fit person or sending him to an approved school, an approved home, a place of detention or a place of safety, it shall be the duty of the guardian or other person having the custody of the child or young person to make contributions in respect of his maintenance.
