Section 93
Any person who —
of Children and Young Persons Act
(a)
assaults, obstructs, hinders or delays any protector or police officer in effecting any entry which he is entitled to effect under this
Act or in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Act;
(b)
refuses to answer to the best of his knowledge and belief any question which he is legally bound to answer and which is asked of him by any protector or police officer or any other person authorised under this Act;
(c)
contravenes or fails to comply with any order, direction, summons or warrant lawfully issued or any condition lawfully imposed by any protector, police officer or court under this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
$5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
