Section 96
(1)
Any police officer may arrest without a warrant any person whom he reasonably believes to have committed or to be committing an offence against this Act.
(2)
Any person arrested under subsection (1) shall, after such arrest, be dealt with as provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 7).
