Section 97
(1)
The Minister may, by notification published in the Gazette declare any place, to be a place of safety for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may at any time direct the closing of any place of safety.
(3)
The Permanent Secretary may order the transfer of children and young persons from one place of safety to another as and when the need arises.
