Section 100
No action or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against —
(a)
the Permanent Secretary;
(b)
any protector;
(c)
any Community Development officer and supervisor of a welfare home;
(d)
any police officer;
(e)
any medical social officer; or
(f)
any medical officer empowered to take a child or young person into temporary custody under section 23(4), in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith in the execution or purported execution of his functions, powers and duties under this Act.
