Section 101
A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar as to any entry in the Register, or as to any matter or thing which he is authorised to do or to make under this Act or any regulation made thereunder, shall be prima facie evidence of the entry having been done or made, of the contents such entry and of the matter or thing having been done or made.
