Section 25
(1)
An authorised officer may require the disinfection of the body and clothing of any person who has been in contact with or in charge of or attended upon any animal infected with or in the opinion of the authorised officer infected with disease.
(2)
Any person who fails without lawful excuse to comply with any requirement under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
