Section 27
(1)
No person shall knowingly cast or cause or permit to be cast into any drain, ditch, water channel, street or open space, or otherwise expose —
(a)
any animal or the carcase of any animal which is or has been infected with disease; or

(b)
any fodder, litter, dung or thing which has been used in connection with any infected animal.
(2)
Any person who acts in contravention of subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
