Section 30
(1)
The owner or person in charge of any animal that has died from disease or has been destroyed by order of the Director or an authorised officer shall burn or otherwise dispose of the carcase thereof in accordance with the written directions of the Director or an authorised officer.
(2)
Any person who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with any written direction given to him by the Director or an authorised officer under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
