Section 22
(1)
An authorised officer may give written directions for —
(a)
the disinfection, in such manner as he may determine, of any building in which an infected animal has been found or kept;
(b)
prohibiting the use of any such building until the building has been disinfected in accordance with such directions as may have been given under paragraph (a).
(2)
Any person who fails without lawful excuse to comply with any written direction given to him under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
