Section 16

Every woman or girl detained under this Act shall be subject to such Rules as are prescribed by the Com-missioner.

Every woman or girl detained or ordered to be detained under this Act who leaves any place in which she is detained otherwise than in accordance with such Rules may be arrested and taken back to such place by any police officer or by any officer authorised thereto either specially or in general by the Commissioner.

Any person who induces or assists any woman or girl so detained as aforesaid to leave the place in which she is detained, otherwise than in accordance with such Rules, shall be liable to a fine of $1,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
