Section 13

Any buildings erected in Brunei as a place of safety under the provisions of this section shall be declared by the Minister, by notification in the Gazette, to be a place of safety for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act, and no place not so declared shall be used as a place of safety for the purposes of this Act.
