Section 52
Any person who commits an offence against this Act or under any regulations made hereunder for which no penalty is provided otherwise than in this section is liable on conviction —
(a)
in the case of an individual, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, a fine not exceeding $100,000 or both;
(b)
in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $200,000.
