Obstructing or hindering authorised officer

Any person who intentionally obstructs or hinders any authorised officer in the performance of his duty under this Act or any regulations made hereunder is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, a fine not exceeding $2,000 or both.
