Failure to comply with conditions of permit or certificate

Any person who fails to comply with any of the conditions specified by the Director in respect of any permit or certificate granted to him under

Part 2 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction —

in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000;

in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
