Section 9

Any person who sells or offers or exposes for sale by retail any pre-packed goods required by order under section 8 to be sold only by weight or only by measure, shall correctly and clearly indicate the net weight or measure on the wrapper or container or on a ticket, card or label placed where it may clearly be seen by a prospective purchaser, purchaser or inspector and so as to be clearly applicable to the goods.
