Section 12

Where any fraud is wilfully committed in or in connection with the use or purported use of any weighing or measuring equipment, the person committing such fraud is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $1,000 and imprisonment for 6 months, and the weighing or measuring equipment shall be liable to be forfeited.
