Section 11

Every person who uses or has in his possession for use for trade any weighing or measuring equipment which is false or unjust is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $1,000 and imprisonment for 6 months, and the weighing or measuring equipment shall be liable to be forfeited.
