Section 10

Any person who falsifies or wilfully injures any copy or model of any weight or measure verified and made available for reference under section 3(2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of

$1,000 and imprisonment for 6 months and to pay the cost of rectifying the copy or model.
